The Brief

By Appointment are a luxury logistics company, that combines Assay Office Hallmarking within its logistic chain should the importer or exporter require it.

They also offer a Boutique Experience delivering a truly personal experience for the customer.

The By Appointment brand brings all these services to market under one brand while reflecting the established expertise of Ferrari Express.

We were approached to develop a new brand identity, website and social media channels, in addition to a digital brochure, on-site video shoot, business cards and online marketing campaign to support their initiation. 

What We Did

An initial meeting with the client established the direction the new brand needed to take, with a particular focus on the look and feel required to elicit the correct response from the potential customers while also visually aligning within the luxury sector.

Multiple concepts were created and shortlisted with the client to generate a final logo together with fonts and a primary colour palette. Website and social media followed quickly with careful image selection to reinforce the luxury proposition. As the brand has grown the website has adapted and evolved with the inclusion of client logos and testimonials, on-site videos and expanded USPs. An interactive digital brochure was created to drive engagement and data capture while also giving the client a further asset in terms of communication support.

We also identified leading online and offline opportunities to build brand awareness and announce By Appointment to the industry - the initial stage involved online banners, email banners, articles and website posts – achieving audience targets of over 50,000 through the website and around 15,000 through the emails.

The Results

The brand has been well received and was achieving enhanced business outside of the normal and expected levels at certain periods of the year, when their competitors were reporting demand drops.

The logo, website and all other communications sit well within the sector and reflect the luxury aspect of our clients and their customers.
