Social Media Strategy & Growth
The Brief
Our client had been managing all their social media activity in-house but as a successful business, in a busy industry, social media channels are the first thing to suffer when things are busy. Business comes first. With the need to keep their Facebook and Twitter profiles updated with fresh content it was apparent that some external assistance was required.
What We Did
We started by developing their social media strategy. We established the right tone of voice to be used, the frequency of posting, what topics to be covered and planned ahead to ensure availability of content. With our client, we then developed the integrated content marketing plan to ensure an appropriate mix of content for the audiences identified and that the channels are kept populated all year round
The Results
We have increased followers, share and reach across all the active channels. Prospective and existing clients are kept up to date using the appropriate tone and a high standard of creative. With a content schedule planned in advance, we are able to identify key seasonal messages and ensure that the services our client provides are communicated at just the right time for maximum relevance.
